Shipping Policies -

not currently ship internationally
All items ordered from a1solutions.com will be shipped just as soon as possible.
Progressive Labs products are shipped from their laboratory in Texas. They choose the carrier, usually UPS unless you only submit a P O Box for an address, then they ship USPS Priority mail on regular sized shipments. Charge for shipping most orders of Progressive Lab products is $7.95 per order. Large orders of heavier items, i.e. several 16 oz items, will incur extra shipping fees that will be charged separately. If this will be necessary, we will email you with the amount of the shipping charge and hold the order until we receive your permission for the extra charge.
Enerjoy Radiant heat products are shipped from the manufacturer on the east coast of the USA. Most of the radiant panels are custom manufactured for our customers. Your order will be shipped just as soon as it is manufactured, depending on the backlog of orders at the factory, and so it can take up to two weeks to ship. Some popular sized panels are manufactured ahead and will be shipped within the week the order is received from us. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday usually incur a wait until Monday before they are entered into the manufacturer's log thereby taking a few days longer to reach you.
Plant Health products manufactured by Tainio Technology & Technique are drop-shipped from their lab in Cheney, Washington. Their team ships efficiently, using either FedEx Ground or UPS, depending on the destination. For larger, commercial shipments, if it is more economical, they use commercial trucking. They customize the shipping method to suit your specific order, location and preferences.
Most other products offered
on our website are shipped from our facility in Washington State. We choose
between UPS and USPS Priority, depending on the weight and distance. If you have

Washington state sales tax at the rate of 7.6% is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Washington.
Order Cancellation.
You may cancel any order you place on our shopping cart any time before it is processed. Our shopping cart does not charge your credit card immediately when your order is placed so if you send a cancellation email, referencing the order number, we can usually catch that order before the charge is run. This information can also be given by calling us at 1-888-327-6868. We are near the phone only before noon, but always check the messages before we process any orders. If you would rather fax the cancellation, please send it to: 1-509-738-6248.
Order Returns
You may return any item to the original shipper within 20 days of shipping under the following circumstances.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of phototherapy devices unless there are shipping damages or the item does not operate. Since these items are usually used on bare skin, we cannot accept used units.
You will need an Return Merchandise Authorization code
before returning any item to us. Please contact us for that code.
Items will
be returned to the firm that shipped them but there will be no refund without an RMA
from
info@a1solutions.com
.
Return shipping charges are not reimbursed and
original shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective or
damaged merchandise or mistakes in filling the order.
